Please note, if you live in a unit complex/building, we require the mattresses/bases or items to be taken downstairs and placed at the relevant loading dock /garbage rooms or pick up location agreed to with our staff prior to collection. We do not pick up mattresses from your individual unit or from any levels other than street level.
